Continental Breakfast/Medical and Guest Speakers: 8:00am to 12:30pm

Luncheon: 12:30pm to 2:00pm (service will end promptly at 1:30 to allow time to clear the room for the next event).

Wellness & Recharge Lounge: 1:00pm to 4:00pm. This will be set up for one one-on-one visits and information on various non-medical and holistic topics that have been requested in the past as well as other support organizations. Take the time to visit and experience our new and improved lounge which will include reiki, sound baths, gigong medical healing and so much more at no additional charge to you or your guest!



Each patient/survivor is free to attend

Each patient/survivor is allowed to bring one (1) guest

Each patient guest will pre-pay $40 to attend the event to help cover the costs of the meals.



Valet parking is available at the hotel at a cost of $45

Information on other local parking garages will be included in your registration confirmation email



After your registration is received, you will receive your email confirmation with any additional information as well as dietary restriction requests.

A reservation confirmation is required to attend the event.



AS THIS EVENT IS ALWAYS FULL, NO WALK-INS WILL BE ALLOWED.
